There are some symbolics in this photomanipulation - to survive cancer some of the things you need is :

support from family/friends - the dog is the symbol for loyalty here

something that can make you keep the inner joy for life - nature/flowers is good to make you do that

there are other symbols too that I will let you decide what you put into them

Yes it does.. I don't have him any more.. He lives with my daughter.. It became to much for Mom to have him around.. We miss him, but know he is happier where he is..

Once Mom's hip was healed enough for her to be out of bed and doing things he developed an obsession.. He started chewing himself till he was raw.. We tried everything we could think of including tranqulizers.. My daughter offered to take him fo ra couple of weeks to try and retrain him.. She has two other dogs, so he became part of a pack.. He was so happy there we decided to leave him.. He had stopped chewing himself completely.. We also knew my surgery was comming up, and I would not be able to handle him on walks .. Mom couldn't do it either..
